The advocate for the applicant/petitioner could not remain present on 24/02/2022. Consequently, this Court dismissed the writ petition for want of prosecution on 10/03/2022. 2.

I have heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the legal heirs of the respondent.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) subject to the payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- to be paid to the respondents.
