By this petition, the petitioner seeks the following substantive reliefs :

"(a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to call for relevant record and proceedings from respondent authorities and after going through the legality, validity and propriety thereof, direct the SQ Pathan 1/2

27-WP-1852-2023.doc respondent no. 2 to hear and decide representation dtd. 5.2.2020 submitted by the petitioner and further issue necessary sanction u/s. 197 of Criminal Procedure Code to prosecute, for that purpose issue appropriate writ and/or order. (b) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to further direct the respondent no. 2 take appropriate action in respect of the communication dtd. 17.2.2021 sent by the Addl. Secretary, General Administrative department within 4 weeks." Mr. Venegavkar, learned PP, on instructions of Mr. Babasaheb S. Shinde, Under Secretary, IELD, Mantralaya, who is present in Court, submits that the petitioner's representations dated 5th February 2020 and 7th February 2021 will be decided on or before 30th June 2024.

In view of the statement made by the learned PP, on instructions, nothing survives for further consideration in the petition. Petition stands disposed of.

Interim application filed in the aforesaid petition, if any, stands disposed of.
