He submits that the matters be taken up on board. Permission granted. Not on board. Taken on board. 3.

The only prayer which is sought in both the applications is that interim relief applications pending before the learned Sessions Judge wherein stay of the proceedings before the

Since the prayer sought for will not effect the rights of respondents, no prejudice would be caused to the other side, if notice is dispensed with.

Both these applications are disposed of by directing the learned Sessions Judge to decide the application for grant of interim relief provided the pleadings of other side is completed, within a period of two months from today.
