DATED : 22nd AUGUST 2022 P.C:- On 13/4/2022, the applicants were admitted to protection by recording a prima facie case in their favour to the effect that they do not have any monetary gains and they are not involved with the main accused no.1 in running the Call Centre. The learned APP states that pursuant to the directions issued by the Court, the applicants have reported to the Investigating Officer and rendered their co-operation. On the say of the Investigating Officer, he makes a statement that the custodial interrogation is not warranted.

In the wake of the above statement, the order dated 13/4/2022 is made absolute.
