The Applicant apprehends his arrest in MECR No. 1 of 2020 registered with RCF Police Station, Mumbai, pursuant to the order passed under Section 156(3) of the Cr.P.C. 2.

Considering the nature of accusations against the Applicant, this Court by order dated 01/04/2021 granted interim bail to the Applicant. Learned APP states that pursuant to the said order, the Applicant has reported to the Investigating Officer and that he has been interrogated. Under instruction, learned APP states that presence of the Applicant is not required for custodial interrogation. Megha 1/2

In the light of the said statement and in view of the reasons stated in the order dated 01/04/2021, interim bail granted to the Applicant stands confirmed.

The Applicant shall report to the Investigating Officer as and when required by the Investigating Officer for the purpose of investigation.

The Applicant shall keep the Investigating Officer informed of his current address and mobile contact numbers, and /or change of residence or mobile details, if any, from time to time. 6.

The application stands disposed of.
