This Court, on 2 April 2016 had injuncted the sugar factory from disbursing the amount to the Petitioner. Learned counsel for Respondent Nos.1 and 2 states that the amount has been paid by the sugar factory to Respondent Nos.1 and 2, before the order is passed on 2 April 2016. This statement is accepted. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for Respondent Nos.1 and 2, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. Since the suit is pending, the disbursement of the amount by the sugar factory in favour of Respondent Nos.1 and 2, will be subject to the further orders to be passed in the suit.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. (N. M. Jamdar, J.)
