By this Application, the Applicants seek to bring on record the legal heirs of the Respondent No. 12 ( deceased ), who expired on 03.02.2015.

For the reasons set out in the Application, the Application is allowed. The Applicants are permitted to bring on record the legal heirs of the Respondent No. 12 ( deceased ). Amendment to be carried out within three weeks from today.
