After we pointed out to the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the writ petition is not maintainable against the order passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Thane, who was pleased to grant the petition for divorce by mutual consent.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to take appropriate steps either to challenge the said order by filing the appeal or approaching the same Court by filing a review petition. 1/2

Writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed and disposed of, reserving the right of the Petitioner to exhaust the remedy which is available in law.
