None for the applicant in this application for leave to file appeal challenging the acquittal of the respondent Nos. 2 to 4 in the matter of offence punishable under sections 420 and 406 read with section 34 of IPC. On 27.7.2015 none was present for the applicant as the learned counsel, then earlier appearing for the applicant, had withdrawn his appearance and even no objection on the Vakalatnama of one advocate Mr Anant B. Shinde & Co. was given. Said Vakalatnama of Anant B. Shinde & Co. for the applicant was filed in Criminal Application No. 171 of 2014 which was the application for condonation of delay and it was already allowed by this Court vide order dated 25.3.2015.
