Learned APP, on instructions, from Superintendent of Kalyan District Central Prison, Kalyan submitted that, from 24th February 2021 till 14th February 2023, the Petitioner was produced physically before the trial Court on 15 occasions, however on equal number of occasions, he could not be produced for want of escort.

Record indicates that, the recording of evidence of Special MCOC Case No. 8 of 2016 is in progress before trial Court at Thane and the next date of hearing is scheduled on 20th February 2023. 3.

In view thereof, we find that, the grievance of the Petitioner is being taken care of by the Jail Authority.

Petition is accordingly disposed off.
