The above Civil Application has been filed for effecting substituted service on the Respondent No.1 by pasting the notice at his last known address and also publishing the same in the two local newspapers having circulation in Mumbai, namely "Fress Press Journal" in English and "Navshakti" in Marathi. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed. The Applicant is permitted to serve the Respondent No.1 by the modes mentioned hereinabove. The Notice is made returnable on 16.08.2016. After the notice is published in the two local newspapers, the Applicant to file affidavit of service annexing the paper publication to the same. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
