The above Civil Application has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 61 days in filing the above Civil Revision Application. The reasons therefor are mentioned in paragraphs 3, 4 and 6 of the Civil Application. The learned counsel appearing for the Respondent Shri Omkar Nagwekar opposes the application but ultimately leaves it to this Court. Considering the fact that the delay is only of 61 days and by accepting the reasons mentioned the Civil Application, the same is allowed. Resultantly, the delay of 61 days in filing the above Civil Revision Application stands condoned. The above Civil Application is accordingly disposed of. lgc

(11) cac-167.17&cra-331.16 List the above Civil Revision Application on 21/06/2017. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant Shri Dhopatkar states that the objections in respect of filing of the certified copy of the impugned order would be removed as the Applicant would be withdrawing the certified copy filed in the Second Appeal for being filed in the above Civil Revision Application. In view thereof, the ad-interim relief would continue up to the next date.
