P.C.:- Both the petitions challenge the circular dated 1st August, 2016 and 4th August, 2016 issued by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division Panvel and the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Panvel, respectively. Mr. Borkar, the learned counsel for the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 placed on record communication dated 2nd April, 2018 by the Principal District Judge, Raigad at Alibag to the Registrar, Legal and Research, High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay. The communication is taken on record and marked 'x' for identification. The said communication shows that both the circulars impugned in the above petition are withdrawn by the learned Principal District Judge, Raigad at Alibag. In view of the withdrawal of the impugned circular, grievance of the Petitioner no more survives. The Petitions have rendered infructuous and therefore disposed of as such. 2.

In view of the disposal of the writ petitions, all the civil applications pending in the writ petition do not survive and hence stand disposed of.
