This is second attempt of the same applicant to approach this court for his anticipatory bail. His A.B.A. (ST) No.3947 of 2020 was recently rejected by this court vide order dated 08/03/2021 by reasoned order. All the submissions made before me were considered and specifically rejected. 2.

A fresh application is now filed by the same applicant. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that, now the C.D.R. report copies are available with the accused and, therefore, this is change in circumstance.

Learned APP points out that C.D.R. copies were already filed and were on record when the application was decided on 08/03/2021. Therefore, I do not find any change in circumstance and I do not see any reason to entertain this application.

The application is rejected.
