1) By an Order dated 31st March 2016, the applicant was granted interim relief. At the outset, the learned APP on instructions submitted that the applicant has attended the Investigating Officer and joined the process of investigation. She further submitted that the presence of the applicant is necessary for the purpose of further investigation.

2) In view of the above, interim relief granted by order dated 31st March 2016 is hereby confirmed. The applicant is hereby directed to attend the Investigating Officer as and when called for between 11.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. till filing of chargesheet.
