The applicants have been in custody for three years. The learned SSP 1/2

2 ba 35 of 2023.doc Additional Sessions Judge seized with the Sessions case arising out of C.R.No.63 of 2021 registered with Bangur Nagar Police Station is requested to make an endeavour to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of 9 months from the date of communication of this order. In the event the trial not being completed within the aforesaid period, the applicants shall be at liberty to renew the prayer for bail.
