After arguing for some time, when we were not inclined to enlarge the appellant on bail, learned counsel for the appellant sought leave to withdraw the appeal. Learned counsel however seeks expeditious disposal of the appellant's trial. 2.

The appeal is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. However, the trial Court to decide the case as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of this order.
