This is an application for restoration. The Criminal Application Nos.149 and 150 of 2014 in Writ Petition No.2260 of 2009 were dismissed for non-prosecution by this Court on 31.10.2014. There is delay of three days in preferring the present application for restoration.

Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and perused the pleadings in the application. I am satisfied that in the interest of justice the present application is required to be allowed. Delay is condoned. The Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). (A.S. GADKARI,J.)
