Learned Counsel for the newly impleaded Respondent states that the pleading in the Application be treated as counter-affidavit of Respondent No.5 to the Writ Petition. The Petitioner is granted liberty to file a response to the Application within six weeks, which would be treated as Petitioner's rejoinder.
