After this review petition was heard for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this Review Petition with liberty to approach the Family Court, to file an appropriate application for modification/vacation of the order dated 8.12.2015 passed by the Family Court on the basis of the changed circumstances. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that such an application shall be filed before the Family Court, within two weeks from today. Learned counsel for the respondent states that within two weeks of the service of the said application, a reply affidavit if any, will be filed on 1/2

If so filed, the Family Court shall endeavour to decide the application as expeditiously as possible without being influenced by the order dated 8.12.2015 passed by the Family Court in PA No.905 of 2014 and also order dated 24.1.2018 passed by this Court. 3.

Review Petition is accordingly permitted to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

Disposed of. No costs.
