The Interim Application is filed for seeking a clarification of the judgment and order dated 17 October 2023 in respect of subsistence allowance payable to the Applicant during the period of suspension. During the course of hearing of the Interim Application, the Applicant and Respondents have agreed on the exact amounts to be paid to the Applicant towards subsistence allowance. They have filed Consent Minutes of Order which are signed by the Applicant and the authorised Officer of Respondent Nos.1 and 2. Signatories to the Consent Minutes of Order are present in Court. Considering the fact that substantial period has already elapsed, the remand of the enquiry proceedings on 17 October 2023, it is expedient that the enquiry proceedings shall be conducted in an expeditious manner preferably before 15 October 2024.
