By this Petition under Article 227 of Constitution of India, the petitioner is seeking direction against the respondent to decide their Revision Application filed by them challenging the order dated 5.2.2015 passed by respondent no.3 Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Maharashtra State, Pune under section 88 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 as early as possible.

The learned A.G.P. for the respondent submits that respondent no.2 decided the Revision Application filed by the Petitioner under section 152 of the said Act by order dated 12.6.2017. He placed on record copy of the said order. Same is Mohite 1/2
