This Application is already disposed of. However, the learned Counsel for the applicant submits that in prayer clause (a) of the application, the Marriage Petition number was wrongly mentioned as '1256 of 2016' and this needs to be corrected to "Marriage Petition No.1258 of 2016". He, therefore, seeks leave to amend prayer clause (a) accordingly.

Leave to amend prayer clause (a) is granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.
