After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicants, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned Counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present applications with liberty to file fresh bail application before the Trial Court if the trial pertaining to CR No.I-365 of 2014 registered with Narpoli Police Station does not conclude within a period of six months from today.

The aforesaid liberty is granted on the basis of submissions made by the learned APP, that in the aforesaid case as of today four witnesses have been examined and the prosecution intends to examine about

The learned Trial Court having charge of conducting the trial of CR No.365 of 2014 registered with Narpoli Police Station is hereby directed to make an endevour to conclude the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order. The aforesaid directions are issued also in view of the fact that the applicants are arrested on 22.8.2014 and since then they are in jail.

Leave and liberty is granted.
