The Applicant has preferred this application for a limited protection of grant of anticipatory bail for the purpose of making an application before the competent Court having jurisdiction. The Applicant states that he has been falsely implicated in the complaint lodged against him. He pointed out the notice issued to him by Economic Offences Wing, Ludhiana dated 9 February 2016, Exhibit-C to this application, wherein it has been mentioned that complaint No.868822 has been registered against him by one Tejinder Vohra with EOW, Ludhiana. He was directed to remain present. 2.
It is submitted that the allegations are for the offence under Section 420 of Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for
2 of 2 ABA.589.2016 the Applicant submits that there is a dispute between the Applicant and complainant. With a view to pressurize him, the complaint has been lodged with the EOW, Ludhiana. 3.
Considering the fact that the Applicant is seeking a limited protection for the purpose of making an application before the appropriate Court, I am inclined to grant the protection to the Applicant for a limited period.

In the event of arrest of the Applicant in connection with complaint No.CR.868822, dated 24 December 2015 lodged at the instance of Tejinder Vohra with Economic Offences Wing, Ludhiana, the Applicant may be released on bail in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like amount. This order will be in operation for a period of four weeks from today i.e. up to 9 June 2016. Thereafter, the Applicant is at liberty to move the appropriate Court for seeking appropriate relief.
