By an Order dated 11.04.2018 the Applicant herein was granted interim relief on the condition that he shall deposit Rs. 46,000/- in this Court i. e. the amount for which the Complainant has been cheated. The Applicant has complied with the Order dated 11.04.2018. There are no criminal antecedents. By depositing the amount, it cannot be said that the Applicant would be absolved of the offences. However, custodial interrogation would not be imperative. Hence, the Order dated
