The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners states that in view of categorical statements made in paragraph 7 of the affidavit dated 6th July, 2015 of Shri Shailesh Sharad Suryawanshi, the Deputy Collector (Rehabilitation), Kolhapur, the Petitioners do not want to prosecute this Petition. The learned counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos.6 to 8 submits that the Petitioners have no locus and the statements made in the affidavit of Shri Suryawanshi are inconsistent.

We accept the statements made by Shri Suryawanshi in his affidavit dated 6th July, 2015. We, accordingly, dispose of the Petition as not pressed. We make it clear that no adjudication is made on the contentions raised by the Respondent Nos.6 to 8. (REVATI MOHITE DERE, J ) (A.S. OKA, J )
