1) The present praecipe is filed by the applicant for speaking to the minutes of order dated 4.4.2016. In paragraph no.2 of the said Order the date of the Judgment and Order passed by the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Ghodnadi, District Pune has been erroneously typed as 24.2.2016 instead of 18.1.2010. The correct date is 18.1.2010.

2) There is also a typographical error in the year of Criminal Appeal. It is erroneously typed as 28/2004 instead of 28/2014. The correct Criminal Appeal No. is 28/2014.

3) Registry is hereby directed to carry out appropriate corrections and issue fresh copy of the Order, if applied for. 4) The praecipe is disposed off accordingly.
