Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's appeal which was filed before the Maharashtra Water Resources Regulatory Authority is being heard in part and now it is listed for further hearing on 11th July 2017. In the circumstance, he made the limited prayer that this petition may be disposed of by making interim order passed on 11th April 2017 continued on 18th April 2017 to the effect that no coercive steps to be taken against the petitioner, to be continued till final order is being passed by the appellate authority, i.e., Maharashtra Water Resources Regulatory Authority in the said appeal.

2 29-wp-3966-17.sxw 2] The prayer appears to be reasonable. In the circumstances, we dispose of this petition by directing the interim order passed by this Court on 11th April 2017 continued on 18th April 2017 will remain in force till the petitioner's appeal is decided by the appellate authority.

3] We expect the appellate authority to decide the appeal finally within two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner to place the authenticated copy of this order before the appellate authority on the next date of hearing. 4] With aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of. 5] Parties to act on the basis of authenticated copy of this order.
