1] This is an application for relaxation of condition of attendance with Amboli Police Station on every Thursday between 4.00 p.m to 6.00 p.m till the end of the trial. By an Order dated 22,12.2010 passed by this Court, the applicant was directed to be released bail with one of the said condition. The said condition was modified by an Order dated 13.10.2011 passed in Criminal Application No.510 of 2011. 2] The learned counsel for the applicant on instructions submitted that for last more than six years, the applicant is sincerely complying with the said condition and attending the concerned Police Station on stipulated 1/2

appp.273-2016.doc dates. He submitted that, in the year 2014 the Trial Court has framed charge, however till date no witness is examined. That the applicant is also regularly attending the dates before the Trial Court. 4] In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application, the condition to attend the concerned police station is hereby waived. However, the applicant is directed to attend all dates before the Trial Court unless precluded on medical grounds. 5] Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. (A.S.GADKARI, J.) 2/2
