Applicant seeks his enlargement on bail in connection with Crime No.328/2019 registered at Oshiwara Police Station for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 306, 498-A, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Applicant's wife committed suicide within four months of her marriage. Applicant was arrested on 17th August, 2019. While declining bail on 20th January, 2020 applicant was granted liberty to renew his request for his

2/3 enlargement on bail in case the trial does not commence before 31st December, 2020. This application was moved on 23rd March, 2021. May be for that reason that, the applicant was granted COVID bail on 24th May, 2021. Be that as it may, the investigation in the case is over and the chargesheet has been fled. On release on COVID bail, the applicant has not misused the liberty. He is a permanent resident of Jogeshwari, Mumbai and by imposing suitable conditions, his presence for the trial can be secured. In consideration of these facts, the application is granted and hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) In the event of arrest of the applicant in Crime No.328/2019 registered at Oshiwara Police Station, the applicant be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand only) with one or more sureties in the like sum.

(ii) The applicant shall report to the concerned Police Station on second Monday of each month between 11:00 to 1:00 p.m. till the charge is framed.

3/3 (iii)The applicant shall furnish particulars of his permanent residence and contact details within a week from today to the Investigating Offcer.

(iv) The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence or attempt to infuence or contact the complainant, witnesses or any person concerned with the case.
