2) On hearing the learned counsel for the parties, we are inclined to dispose of the present writ petition, as the petitioner's representation for transfer from Chhatrapati Vidyalaya Vadgaon-Shirur to Kurmdas Vidyalaya Mandir, Laul, Taluka Mahad, District Solapur or Hanuman Vidyalaya Banklagi, District Solapur, is still pending before Respondent No. 2 and 3. Therefore, we are directing the concerned Respondents to decide the representation/application of the petitioner, as early as possible and preferably within a period of three months from today, in accordance with law.

3) Rule is made absolute accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
