Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. This petition is filed for quashing the F.I.R. bearing No.64/2013 which was initially registered by Kondwa police station, Pune on the basis of complaint filed by respondent No.4 and subsequently transferred to the Crime Branch, Anti Extortion Cell, Pune. Mrs.Deshmukh, learned APP has placed on record a report dated 5th January, 2016 filed by Senior Police Inspector, Kondwa police station, Pune. On query with the learned APP, she states that investigation in the subject F.I.R. is completed and 'C' 1/2

912) wp1299-13 summary report has been filed before the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Lashkar Court, Pune on 21th July, 2015. The said report is taken on record.

In the light of the said report, nothing survives in the petition and hence the same is disposed of.
