By this petition, the petitioner is challenging the order dated 19th June, 1995 passed by the respondent No.2-Deputy Director of Education, under which, she has been given pay-scale w.e.f. 1st June, 1985 instead of 21st December, 1981. By way of this petition, the order passed in the year 1995 is challenged in the year 2016. There is no explanation for delay and laches.
