Heard learned Counsel for the applicant who is accused no.3 and learned Special Counsel for State.

Perused the application sent by accused through jail for his release on temporary bail.

After hearing respective Counsel, we find that, because of daughter's depression, bail is being sought. In application, it is pointed out that, said daughter aged about 11 years is under severe depression and receiving treatment.

Learned Special Counsel has invited our attention to Certificate dated 7th February, 2019 issued on behalf of Institute for Psychological Health, which is annexed with application. That Certificate mentions that, daughter of Prisoner is under treatment for mental and behavioural issues related to intellectual functioning. 5.

In this situation, we find it appropriate to add the Appeal to the final hearing board.

Application is disposed of.
