The petitioners are challenging an order passed by the Revisional Authority rejecting the revision under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 arising out of certificate under Section 101 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 for recover of maintenance amount. 2.

On perusal of the recovery certificate, it appears that the certificate is issued against one Sayyad Mushtaq Ali Bhikam who is member of respondent No.2 / Housing Society. The petitioners

In the absence of certificate under Section 101 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 being issued against the petitioners, they have no locus to challenge the certificate under Section 101 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960. Hence, there is no merit in the writ petition. The writ petition is dismissed. No costs. (AMIT BORKAR, J.)
