P.C. :- The Civil Application is taken out for condonation of delay of 152 in filing the Appeal. Reply affidavit has been filed on behalf of Respondent No.1. It is the contention of the Applicant that the Applicant who is 72 years old is suffering from various ailments and also underwent a minor accident and sustained fracture. This position was contested by the Respondent No.1 to which rejoinder is filed by the Applicant on 1 March 2016 annexing the copy of the medical certificate issued by the registered practitioner.

Considering these facts, case is made out for grant of relief prayed for in the Application. The Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause ( i ).

Place the Appeal on board as per its CMIS date after all office objections are removed.
