Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By this application, the applicant seeks permission to travel abroad, for a period of 3 months, commencing from 20th April, 2019 to 20th July, 2019 (both days inclusive) to U.A.E. to attend the 'Walima' Function of his daughter, then to Saudi to perform 'Umrah' and lastly to Oman to perform 'Ziyarat'.

Persued the papers. On earlier two occasions, permission was granted to the Applicant to travel abroad. This Court (Coram:Abhay M. Thipsay, J.) vide order dated 21st August, 2015, granted permission to the Applicant to travel abroad. Similarly, this Court (Coram : Smt.Sadhana S. Jadhav, J.) again vide order dated 14th January, 2019, granted similar permission. It is not in dispute that the Applicant travelled abroad, pursuant to the order dated 21st August, 2015, however, the Applicant could not travel abroad, pursuant to the order dated 14th January, 2019, as the passport was issued late.

Considering the aforesaid, the application is allowed and the applicant is permitted to travel abroad, for a period of 3 months, commencing from 20th April, 2019 to 20th July, 2019 (both days inclusive) to U.A.E. to attend the 'Walima' Function of his daughter, then to Saudi to perform 'Umrah' and lastly to Oman to perform 'Ziyarat', on the following terms and conditions :
ORDER
i) The applicant shall furnish additional security in the sum of Rs.25,000/- for his appearance before this Court, by furnishing a surety in
3/4 the said amount and/or cash deposit of the said amount, by executing an appropriate bond;
ii) The applicant shall submit his itinerary, copy of the ticket and a copy of the passport, to the Shivaji Park Police Station, Mumbai, before his departure. The applicant shall also give the details of his travel and residence in the U.A.E. and Oman;
iii) The applicant shall give his contact telephone numbers where he would be available for communication, during his travel to abroad along with his Email-Id;
iv) The applicant shall give the said details atleast 72 hours prior to his departure;
v) The applicant shall report his return to India, to the Shivaji Park Police Station, Mumbai, on 21st July, 2019.

The Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and is accordingly disposed of.
