P.C.:- it is the grievance of the Petitioner that, though he is in Jail for more than 9 years, his case i.e. MCOC Case No.13 of 2012 is not yet decided by the trial Court.

2) In view thereof, learned Special Judge/Additional Sessions Judge, Thane seized of MCOC Case No.13 of 2012 is hereby requested to expedite the hearing and to make an endeavour to conclude the hearing of the said case, if not already concluded, within a period of 1 year from the date of receipt of present Order.

3) Petition is accordingly disposed off.
