Application is moved for regular bail as the applicant-accused is charged for the offence under Section 302 IPC. The learned prosecutor informs the Court on the basis of instructions given by the Investigating Officer, who is present in the Court that the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Pune has framed charge fortnight back and now the trial is going to commence. The learned prosecutor on querry further informs on instructions that it is a matter of 16-18 witnesses.
