An order dated 22nd November 2018 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, Mumbai (hereafter "the Tribunal", for short) dismissing the petitioner's original application on the ground of the same being timebarred is the subject matter of challenge in this writ petition dated 19th March 2019.

Mr. Nagrani, learned advocate for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the writ petition. He also seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to apply for a review of the order dated 22nd November 2018 before the Tribunal.

Mr. Pandian, learned advocate appearing for the respondents does not oppose the prayer.

The writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

This order shall, however, not preclude the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the Tribunal in accordance with law. 6.
