Mr.Sethna, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents states that only document required to be furnished by the petitioner is a copy of his birth certificate.

Mr.Thorat, learned counsel states that a copy of birth certificate has already been dispatched but if the same is not received by the respondents, an additional copy will be delivered to the office of respondent no.2 within a period of two weeks from today. He further states that within 10 weeks of receipt of birth certificate the order of the Tribunal will be complied with. 3.
In view of the above contempt petition is disposed. It is made clear that the Court has not gone into merits of rival contention. (A.K. MENON,J.) 1/1
