The petition is filed for the following relief : "This hon'ble Court be pleased to issue writ mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction in the like nature under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, thereby directing Respondent No. 1 to 2 to take action of demolition of the building structure standing on the suit structure known as "Guru Mauli Sadan" (ground plus two storey building), lying being and situated moue Chikenghar on land bearing Survey No. 97, Hissa No. 2/A, in furtherance and pursuant to the notice dated 24.10.2017 under section 268(1)(C),(2),(3),(5) of the Maharashtra Municipal Corporation Act, 1949 issued by Respondent No. 2 to occupants of the said building"

The learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, submitted that subject structure is already demolished by the Respondent-Corporation. He submitted that therefore the grievance raised in this petition no more survives. In that view of the matter, writ petition is disposed of.
