This Interim Application is taken out for setting aside order dated 22nd December 2018 passed by learned Registrar (Judicial II), by which registration of Second Appeal along with all Civil Applications were directed to be refused, if the office objections are not removed within a period of four weeks. 2.

Mr. Bhosale, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant states that Second Appeal is not yet admitted and registration of Second Appeal was refused at the stage of admission. 3.

Hence, for the reasons set out in the Civil Application, the 1/2

Resultantly, order dated 22nd December 2018 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II) is set aside and Second Appeal (ST) No.18764 of 2018 is restored to file. 5.

The Applicant to remove the office objections in Second Appeal within a period of twelve weeks from today. 6.

The Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.

Second Appeal (ST) No.18764 of 2018 be listed along with Second Appeal (ST) No.18758 of 2018 (Rejected Case No.66 of 2020) on 6th April 2023 for admission.
