CAW.919/2017-WP.3247/2017(4) amendment being carried out. This application for amendment has been preferred before the writ petition is admitted, hence, we allow this Civil Application for amending the Writ Petition. 3.

It is open to the Respondents to file a reply in Writ Petition. All contentions of the Respondents in relation to the amendments are left open.
