By this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner is seeking direction against respondent no.1 to decide their Revision Application No.9925 of 2019 on its own merits as early as possible.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that they filed Revision Application No.9925 of 2019 on 15.03.2019 against order dated 26.11.2018 passed by the Additional Commissioner, Pune in RTS No.17 of 2018. He submits that the matter was on board before the Authority on 20.02.2020 for hearing. On that date, the matter was heard and same is closed for orders, as per her instructions. She submits that in view of these facts, respondent no.1 be directed to pass the order immediately with copy to petitioner. 4.
Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner and as the Revision Application No.9925/2019 is pending before respondent no.1 since 2019, and hearing has taken place on 20.2.2020, the petition can be disposed of with following order.
ORDER
a) Respondent No.1 is directed to decide petitioner's Revision Application No.9925/2019 as early as possible, but in any case, on or before 30.11.2021 and inform the order in writing to all parties. b) With these directions, writ petition stands disposed of. c) No order as to costs.
