P.C.:- The learned counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, submitted that in pursuant to Order dated 26th March, 2019, the Applicant has deposited the alleged amount of Rs.48,00,000/- in the Registry of this Court within stipulated period. He produced on record the preacipe dated 12th April, 2019 along with the photocopy of the Demand Drafts in that behalf.

In view thereof, interim relief granted by Order dated 26th March, 2019 is hereby confirmed.
