Nobody for petitioner. Learned APP points out that order dated 20/10/2015 refusing license to the establishment of the petitioners and social club formed subject matter of appeal presented on 30/11/2015. He also points out that prayer in petition is to expedite the appeal. He is seeking time to verify whether such appeal is received by respondent no.1 and is still pending.

We find that order denying license is in force since last more than three years and after filing this petition some time in April, 2016, petitioner has not taken any steps. We, therefore, dismiss writ petition for want of prosecution.
