In view of directions given by the Hon'ble Court, I have verified the report of Section Officer and Deputy Registrar (Cri. B Branch) and the receipts of online payment of Rs.5,000/- (Rs. Five Thousand Only) each made by the Petitioner and Respondent No.2 with Bombay High Court Legal Aid and Fund. I am satisfied that the Petitioner and Respondent No.2 have made due compliance of the directions of the Hon'ble Court. In turn, the office to take note to that effect accordingly in the C.I.S. System.
