The Petitioners are essentially challenging the notice dated 0504-2022 issued under section 52(A) and 53(1) of the MRTP Act. Learned Counsel for the Petitioners points out that there is no sketch or schedule annexed to the Petition. He further states that the tin shed has already been removed.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, we dispose of the Petition by directing that in the event the RespondentCorporation seeks to take action on the basis of the impugned notice, a speaking order would be passed after hearing the Petitioners.
